The night shift staff (Ally) was extremely helpful. She gave us the perfect room for my husband and I as well as our adult son and even helped bring our bags to the room when a luggage cart was not available. She was very pleasant and answered all of our questions professionally She is a valuable person and we would be happy to book another stay because of her.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The clerk, Maryanne was very sweet and friendly. I enjoyed saying hello to her. Even when things were busy she maintained a cheerful business attitude. She was great!

The staff was wonderful--sorry I don't remember their names, but friendly, efficient, knowledgeable! They really made people feel welcome. The room was clean and quiet.

From misunderstanding of booking in the hotel The room that I purchased was already sold out before I made the purchase so they did an upgrade as an apology for the missed communication with booking and me.

Nice area not run down and friendly front desk. Only bad I could think is the hallway was not vacuumed on my floor but they where probably really busy and got to it while I was gone.
