From misunderstanding of booking in the hotel The room that I purchased was already sold out before I made the purchase so they did an upgrade as an apology for the missed communication with booking and me.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The clerk, Maryanne was very sweet and friendly. I enjoyed saying hello to her. Even when things were busy she maintained a cheerful business attitude. She was great!

Nice area not run down and friendly front desk. Only bad I could think is the hallway was not vacuumed on my floor but they where probably really busy and got to it while I was gone.

Staff as very helpful and knowledgeable as well as professional. Moressa at front desk was exceptional. Debbie was also awesome.

ADA unit spacious and comfortable on first floor. Comfortable bed, good lighting.
